We do our best to securely package each item. However, due to USPS handling, some pieces may settle and/or break apart during transit. If broken up, the candy pieces make great toppings on ice cream, cakes, yogurt, and many other things. We cannot be responsible for the actions of USPS and, therefore, cannot offer a refund/replacement for candies that have been damaged in transit.

Due to the nature of freeze-dried goods, there is no way to make them all identical. Some may differ in size, texture & consistency.

Due to health and insurance regulations, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations unless an incorrect or out-of-date product has been received.
