We do our best to securely package each item, however, due to USPS handling some pieces may settle and/or break apart during transit. If broken up, the candy pieces make great toppings on ice cream, cakes, yogurt, and many other things. We cannot be responsible for the actions of USPS and therefore cannot offer a refund/replacement for candies that have been damaged in transit.
Due to the nature of freeze-dried goods, there is no way to make them all absolutely identical. Some may differ in size, texture & consistency.Keep It Fresh!
